We are a small team genuinely committed to building useful tools for students worldwide. If something is not working, we want to know. If you have an idea for a new tool, we want to hear it. Every message is read and we respond to all of them.
Response time: We aim to reply within 2 business days for general enquiries and within 24 hours for bug reports.
Reporting a Bug
Found something that is not working correctly? We want to fix it as quickly as possible. When you email us about a bug, it helps a lot if you can include:
- Which tool you were using (e.g. GPA Calculator, Word Counter)
- What browser and device you were on (e.g. Chrome on Windows, Safari on iPhone)
- What you expected to happen
- What actually happened instead
- A screenshot if possible — even a phone photo of the screen is helpful
The more detail you give us, the faster we can identify and fix the issue.
Suggesting a New Tool
Every tool on this site started as something a student needed. If there is a tool you find yourself searching for regularly that we do not have, tell us about it. We actively review all suggestions and add the most-requested tools to our development roadmap.
When suggesting a tool, it helps to tell us:
- What the tool would do
- What subject or situation you would use it for
- Any similar tools you have seen elsewhere that gave you the idea
